BSA Troop 448 is located in Renton, Washington, and is chartered by Knights of Columbus Council #3645.
Our troop has approximately 30 scouts. You are welcome to attend any of the scheduled meetings to get more information about participating and signing up your son for this new adventure. Please see Contact Us for contact information of Troop Committee Members and Leaders. Remember to Like us on Facebook! Please email us at [email protected] if you have any questions about Troop 448 Renton or problems on this website. We look forward to hearing from you! |
Why should you put your son in Scouting? They are more likely to be happy, helpful, obedient, kind, hopeful for the future and trustworthy. Researchers from Tufts University conducted a study to prove it!
See Tufts CAMP Study website for a research study on the impact of the Boy Scouts of America programs on the academic and personal development of male students. |

(for 7-10 years old or Grades 1-5)
Cub Scouting is fun! No matter what grade you are in, first through fifth, it can be a blast. Do you like to learn by doing? This is just the place. You can learn to tie knots, set up a tent, shoot a bow and arrow (archery). Have you ever cooked a meal on a campfire? Sent a secret code to a buddy? Built a birdhouse? Hiked? Earn rewards for doing these things in Cub Scouts.
